As a Roofing Sales Rep at Triumph Roofing Charlotte, you'll canvass neighborhoods across the Charlotte metro, identify storm-damaged roofs, educate homeowners, and help them navigate the insurance claim process. This is one of the highest-paying sales roles in Charlotte for motivated, people-first professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Door-to-door canvassing in Charlotte neighborhoods after storm events
- Inspect roofs and identify damage — training provided
- Present Triumph Roofing solutions to homeowners and build rapport
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims from start to finish
- Close contracts and hand off to the project management team
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize your commissions
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated and results-driven — you control your income

- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Prior sales experience a plus — roofing experience not required
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
Roofing Project Manager
As a Roofing Project Manager at Triumph Roofing Charlotte, you'll oversee residential roofing projects from contract signing to final inspection. You're the main point of contact for Charlotte homeowners during the job — ensuring quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction on every project.
What You'll Do:
- Manage active roofing jobs across Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Coordinate roofing crews, materials, and delivery schedules
- Communicate daily with homeowners — set expectations, give updates
- Conduct pre-job and post-job site inspections for quality control
- Handle insurance adjuster meetings and supplement claims
- Ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in roofing, construction, or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication — you'll be client-facing daily
- Comfortable on job sites and reviewing roofing work
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone
- Familiarity with insurance claim process is a strong plus
